If You’re Going to the Conference This Year…

Read on for important information about registration and planning your day at the inaugural Lead On Conference for Women!


When You Arrive…

Your name badge is your ticket to the event, and badges have already been distributed to the primary contact person for your registration. For attendees without badges, Will Call will open at 7:30 a.m. in the Main Lobby – please bring a copy of your confirmation email.

If you have already received your badge, you do not need to check in at the registration desk upon arrival – you may proceed to pick up your bag with goodies and lanyard with badge holder in the Main Lobby.

Seating Assignments: Your badge includes your seating assignment for lunch. We ask that you sit only at your assigned seat during that time. However, all other sessions, including the morning session, are open seating.


Getting to the Conference

The Santa Clara Convention Center is easily accessible by car, train, and even bike!

Please visit the Santa Clara Convention Center website to obtain detailed information on public transportationparking and driving directions.

Note: You can find the Convention Center Parking Garage, which is free of charge to Conference attendees, by exiting Great America Pkwy. at the Hyatt Regency’s second driveway at Bunker Hill Rd.


Plan Your Day at the Conference

From the opening keynote to breakout sessions, author signings and meet & greets, to the Exhibit Hall, which includes the Intel Career Pavilion, the Ericsson Community Connection Pavilion, the Cisco Networking Lounge and the EMC Technology Pavilion, you won’t want to miss a thing! Visit the online Agenda to see a complete schedule of keynote speakers and breakout sessions.

You will receive a printed program at the Conference with session speakers and room numbers. Be sure to bring your most current resume, as some of our sponsors will have their Talent Acquisition Teams onsite and in their booths.

Give Back at the Ericsson Community Connection Pavilion

Stop by the Ericsson Community Connection Pavilion, located in Hall A, to participate in one of our drives:

1) In partnership with Family Giving Tree, Ericsson will be assembling school supply packs to benefit the Robert Randall Elementary School. Stop by booth #403 to lend a hand!

2) We’re partnering with Cisco and Dress for Success San Jose to collect new and gently used handbags and jewelry for economically disadvantaged women. Drop off donations at the Dress for Success booth (#400) in the Exhibit Hall.


Cisco Networking Lounge

Don’t miss the Cisco Networking Lounge, located in the center of the Exhibit Hall and open all day from 7:30 am – 5:00 pm. This lounge is the perfect place to connect and chat with friends, colleagues and new contacts.

Be sure to attend one of six LinkedIn profile makeover workshops led by Amanda Healy between 11am and 5pm.
