Please take a moment to read the information below about conference-day logistics. When you’re thoroughly prepared you can thoroughly enjoy all the Watermark Conference for Women has to offer!
When You Arrive…
Printing Badges: Starting Friday January 20th you will have access to download and print your badge. Your badge is your ticket for entry and must be printed and brought to the conference with you.
If are the main registrant for a group of people, you need to email the badges to your guests by logging into the registration. Your registration login information was provided in your confirmation letter.
If someone else registered you, you do not have login access to the registration and the main registrant will email your badge to you for you to print.
If you already have your name badge, you do NOT need to check in at the registration desk upon arrival – you may proceed to pick up your lanyard with badge holder in the Main Lobby.
Seating Assignments: Your badge includes your seating assignment for lunch. We ask that you sit only at your assigned seat during that time. However, all other sessions, including the morning keynote session, are open seating.
Special Meal Requests
Do you (or your guests) require a vegetarian, gluten-free, or vegan meal option? Monday (the 23rd) is the last day to log in to registration and request the alternate lunch. You can find login information in the confirmation email you received upon registration. If someone else registered for you, please ask them to submit the request on your behalf. Learn more.
Getting to the Conference
On February 1st, more than 6,500 women will converge on the San Jose Convention Center at the same time.
We cannot stress enough how important it is to plan ahead for traffic, parking and crowded public transit. We suggest you take public transportation or carpool if at all possible, and allow extra time for travel so you don’t miss anything.
You’ll find directions, parking options, maps and help navigating public transportation on our Travel and Discounts page.
Bring Your Resume
In addition to free one-on-one career coaching and professional resume review opportunities, you will find talent acquisition teams from some of our sponsors in the Gilead Career Pavilion. Now’s a great time to update your resume and start thinking about your career goals.
Bring Your Big Heart
Clean out your closet and help women in need regain their independence.
With the support of Ericsson, we’re happy to welcome Dress for Success San Jose back to the conference! They’ll be collecting new and gently-used handbags, jewelry and scarves for women working their way out of poverty. Bring your donations to booth #615 in the Exhibit Hall.
A Note for Moms
There will be a dedicated Nursing Mothers Room located in Meeting Room 214. Power outlets, a refrigerator and privacy screens will be available, but please plan for the possibility of a crowd during peak break times and bring a battery-operated pump if you have one.
Download the NEW Conference App
Beginning next week, you can download the ALL NEW 2017 WatermarkConf app, sponsored by Cisco, from your favorite app store. If you have last year’s app, you can go ahead and delete it.
