Therese Huston, PhD

THERESE HUSTON, PhD, is a cognitive psychologist at Seattle University who is changing how we talk about women at work. Her book How Women Decide(2016) has been called “required reading on Wall Street” by The New York Times and was named a summer reading title by Oprah.com and Savoir Flair. Last fall, Huston gave her first TEDx talk on how to make a group smarter (hint: add women). She’s written for The New York Times and Harvard Business Review, and her first book, Teaching What You Don’t Know, was published by Harvard University Press. @theresehuston
