Meg Galistinos

MEG GALISTINOS leads Mercer’s Career business in the New York Metro area, overseeing a team of talent consultants and industry experts that collaborate with their clients to drive enhanced performance through people. Previously, she was global marketing and communications leader where she led all aspects of marketing and internal communications across the career business.  She joined Mercer in 2009 as the US marketing leader. Galistinos led Mercer’s research platform at The World Economic Forum for two consecutive years in 2013 and 2014, including the release of the Talent Barometer and first ever Human Capital Index at the annual meeting in Davos-Klosters, Switzerland. Prior to joining Mercer, she spent ten years in the financial services sector in both executive marketing and human resources leadership roles of major financial institutions. She also spent eight years at Towers Perrin where she co-led the global HR restructuring practice specializing in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. She currently serves on the board of Talent Tech Labs, an innovation hub for talent acquisition technology.  Previously, she served on the board of The Business Council for Peace. Galistinos earned a MBA in Finance from New York University and a BS from The Pennsylvania State University. @mercer
