Do you think you have the next big idea for QVC? For three decades, QVC has launched and fostered the growth of some of today’s most successful brands. Participants in the QVC + zulily Product Search will have the opportunity to present their product to panel of retail experts—plus the chance to get their product noticed by the world’s leading video and e-commerce retailer.

More About the Program

    • All registered Conference attendees are eligible to participate; non-attendees may request a complimentary Expo Hall pass in order to participate
    • Presentations will take place between 7:30am and 4pm, except during the keynote luncheon (1:00-2:45 pm)
    • This event will take place inside Exhibit Hall 1
    • While there are no presentation requirements, participants are encouraged to describe key elements of their product including:
      • Personal story behind the product
      • Research that indicates a market need
      • Target market
      • Key benefits
      • Competitive products and how yours is different or better
      • Suggested price point

Questions & Answers

Do I need to have a sample of my product on stage?

Yes. Presenters should have a product that is in prototype or at least close to retail-ready. See more information on eligible product categories below.

Is there a standby list for people who couldn’t get an appointment?

Yes – a small number of appointments will be available after 4pm to accommodate standbys.

How long should my presentation be?

Your appointment is 10 minutes total, including the time it takes the panel to give you feedback. With that in mind, please keep your presentation to approximately five minutes, and no longer than eight minutes, to allow adequate time for a response.

Meet the Panelists

Anna Baker | Director, Global Merchandising Strategy & Category Development, QVC
Baker took on her current position in February 2017. In this role, Baker and her team are responsible for supporting the global merchandising assortment strategies across all categories in the US, UK, Italy, France, Germany, Japan and China. At QVC, the merchandising assortment and category development team drives category growth, leverages brands that are proprietary to QVC, and introduces new brands across the entire QVC portfolio. Baker and team also lead the critical strategy of product discovery for the US market, helping entrepreneurs launch their products at QVC. Baker joined QVC in 2009 as a merchandising trainee and quickly moved throughout the organization with increasing responsibilities, most recently as a buyer in the fast-paced Beauty division for QVC. Baker earned a BA in finance and Spanish from the Susquehanna University. 

Lorraine Beltran | Merchandising Manager, zulily
Prior to joining zulily in 2010, shortly after the site launched, Lorraine was at Nordstrom for over 20 years as a National Buyer for the infant, toddler and toys category, and a Manufacturer & Retail Product Development Consultant.  With a professional passion of teaching, mentoring & motivating and creative forward thinking, she is a frequent guest speaker at San Francisco’s Academy of Art University, as well as a founding member & leader of the infant merchandising team at zulily.  Lorraine boasts almost 30 years in the retail and merchandising industry, and helped onboard and establish early relationships with key vendors to help creatively grow and sustain the zulily infant category, and overall merchandising division. Lorraine’s personal passions include baking, cooking, and writing new recipes, as well as all things French (the country, the people, the décor, and of course, the food & art!).

Rachel Boesing | Program Host, QVC
Boesing’s true passion for storytelling has defined her professional life. She left a successful advertising career in Chicago to pursue broadcast journalism, a decision that took her across America—including stops in Elkhart, IN., Las Vegas, and Los Angeles. In L.A., Boesing handled both weather and entertainment reporting for NBC-affiliate KNBC. She also hosted HGTV’s Hey Remember! She joined QVC as a Program Host in 2011. A proud graduate of Brown University, Boesing also attended the University of Michigan, where she graduated with an MBA. 

Bridget Love | Director of Apparel Merchandising, QVC
In this role, she is responsible for leading product selection and strategy, as well as identifying new brand opportunities for the largest sales division. Prior to this role, she held several fashion buying positions including designer sportswear buyer where she was responsible for curating collections for several new brand launches and nurturing their growth. Love earned her BA in fashion apparel management from Thomas Jefferson University (formerly Philadelphia University).

Lori Twomey | Chief Merchant, zulily
Before joining zulily in November 2009, prior to the site launching in January 2010, Lori was the President of Charming Direct/Crosstown Traders, where she launched the Lane Bryant Woman catalog in 2007, and led the strategic direction of the Lane Bryant, Catherines and Fashion Bug websites. Prior to joining Crosstown Traders, she spent 16 years with Eddie Bauer in merchandising, product development and new business development, including working as the General Merchandising Manager of Eddie Bauer Direct. Lori’s education is in Fashion Merchandising and Business. She loves to spend time outdoors, especially running marathons and half marathons.
