SHANNON AUDINO works with Medallia’s prospective clients, consulting on customer experience management program design and best practices.  She has helped shape the customer experience program vision for several of Medallia’s marquee clients, working across various industries. Internally at Medallia, Audino has assisted in growing and leading its Pre-Sales team during the company’s ten-fold growth spurt over a five-year period. Prior to her experience in the customer experience space, she worked in advertising and market research sales with a focus on branding and corporate reputation. She is a graduate of SUNY Geneseo. @medallia
