Sandy Stelling

SANDY STELLING is the managing director of business transformation at Alaska Air Group.  She joined Alaska in 1999 as a project manager, and in her nineteen years with the company, has held various leadership positions in technology, airport operations and customer service, maintenance and engineering, and marketing.  Most recently she led the Alaska/Virgin America integration program, which delivered a single customer experience across Alaska’s website, mobile apps, kiosks, airports and call centers.  She has just started up Alaska’s business transformation team, responsible to orchestrate and deliver the highest impact, most complex programs across the enterprise. Stelling volunteers with Lehigh University’s alumni admissions office, the Lehigh Silicon Valley program and its Professional Women’s Alliance. She is vice chair of the board of directors for the Woodland Park Zoo, where she also serves as chair of the governance committee.  She also serves on the education committee for the Boeing Academy of STEM learning at the Museum of Flight. Stelling is a graduate of Lehigh University with a BS in mechanical engineering.   @alaskaair
