Laura Sherbin

LAURA SHERBIN is co-president at the Center for Talent Innovation and a managing partner at Hewlett Consulting Partners. She is an economist who specializes in the creation of competitive advantage through inclusion and diversity. She taught Women and Globalization at the School of International and Public Affairs at Columbia University, and is a coauthor of Harvard Business Review articles How Diversity Can Drive InnovationHow Gen Y and Boomers Will Reshape Your AgendaOff-Ramps and On-Ramps Revisited, and the Harvard Business Manager article Letzte Ausfahrt Babypause. She also wrote the Harvard Business Review Research Reports The Athena Factor: Reversing the Brain Drain in Science, Engineering, and Technology, and The Sponsor Effect: Breaking Through the Last Glass Ceiling and CTI including Executive Presence, among many others.
