Ellen A. Ensher, Ph.D.

ELLEN A. ENSHER, Ph.D., is a professor of management at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, CA.  In 2017, she was LMU’s Fritz B. Burns Professor of the Year, which conferred the University award for distinguished teaching. In 2018, she received the Eddy award for outstanding teaching from the Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce, and was recognized by Inc. magazine as one of the 100 top leadership speakers. Ensher is the co-author of Power Mentoring: How Mentors and Protégés Get the Most out of Their Relationships, and has published over fifty articles and book chapters. She has consulted for many organizations including Kraft Foods, Legg Mason, Notre Dame University, the Sisters of the Holy Cross, and the United States Navy. As a 2017 Fulbright Specialist, Ensher taught at the University of Vaasa in Vaasa, Finland. She is a LinkedIn Learning author of three courses on mentoring, and one course on management. @profellen
