Edward Yardumian

EDWARD YARDUMIAN is senior vice president of product development engineering at Dell and currently leads engineering for Dell EMC data protection appliances, building trusted, high performance products and teams. During more than twenty years with Dell EMC, he has led product development organizations in Austin, Bangalore, Taipei, and Silicon Valley, delivering industry-leading and award winning high volume products. Yardumian is a champion for global teamwork and inclusion, Dell employee resource groups, and community service. He has served in multiple capacities, including bringing the GenNext Employee Resource Group to Dell EMC in Silicon Valley as a founding sponsor, as well as launching Planet and GenNext in Taiwan. He is presently executive sponsor for both Women in Action and GenNext at Dell EMC. He also sits on the GenNext Board at Dell. Under his leadership in Taiwan, Dell EMC was recognized as a Healthy Site by the City of Taipei, and received the Dell Platinum Award for exemplary culture, employee welfare, employee safety, and active engagement in events. Yardumian earned an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University after studying in Hong Kong, Chicago, and Tel Aviv.  @dellemc
