Eva Andres

EVA ANDRES is the vice president of human resources for Dell/EMC. In this role, she leads all aspects of the global practice to ensure that the business attracts and maintains world-class talent to help drive the Company’s success.  Andres is an international leader of human capital, scaling business in the Americas, Europe and APJ. She has a strategic focus and operational perspective, having led M&A’s, talent management, organizational design and building high caliber HR teams. Andres joined the company with the acquisition of Documentum in 2003, which she recently led to a successful divestiture. Prior to working at Documentum, she started her career at DuPont in Europe where she held a variety of strategic HR positions across the region. Passionate about the future of work and creating global collaboration environments, she actively participates as an speaker and evangelist for the Dell/EMC in high tech and woman events. Andres received a Bay Area award for “one of the most influential women in technology” and championed EMC in the Bay area to the top rankings of the “Best Places to Work.” She is on the board of directors for the non-profit organization Global Healing. Andres earned her degree in organizational psychology from the University of Barcelona. @dellemc
