AMA MARSTON is the founder and CEO of Marston Consulting. This includes work with clients such as the United Nations, FTSE & Fortune 500 companies, Oxford University and the foundation of British former first lady Cherie Blair. She is the author of a forthcoming book on Transformative Resilience™ and is an internationally recognized expert on women’s leadership and advancement, the gender stress gap and resilience. Her work with leaders like Mary Robinson, Ireland’s first female President and Joseph Stiglitz, the Nobel Laureate economist and as a top advisor to international NGOs has placed her at decision-making tables around the world. Marston has recently been nominated as a WEF Young Global Leader and has long been hailed as a leader and original thinker. She earned an M.S. in international affairs from Columbia University and graduated Phi Beta Kappa from UC Santa Cruz. @amamarston
