Margaret A. Neale

MARGARET A. NEALE is the Adams Distinguished Professor of Management at Stanford University. She was honored with the Robert T. Davis award for Lifetime Achievement and served as the Academic Associate Dean of the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Prior to joining Stanford in 1995, she was the Kellogg Distinguished Professor of Dispute Resolution and Organizations at Northwestern University and on the faculty of the Eller School of Management of the University of Arizona. She is the author of over 70 articles, one research series and four books. Her most recent book “Getting (More of) What You Want” will be published by Basic Books and available in July, 2015. She is the faculty director of “Negotiation and Influence Strategies, Managing Teams for Innovation and Success, and the Executive Program for Women Leaders” at Stanford. @maggieneale
