Lauren Diehl

LAUREN DIEHL is senior director of global customer management for Oracle Corporation. Diehl joined Oracle in 1990, moving from Boston to California and has been a global business leader for 24 years. Over the last 14 years, she has contributed to the growth of Oracle’s revenue from strategic support customers from $2B to $10B. She is focused on growing customer satisfaction and revenue with Oracle’s largest support customers. Her passion is enabling and motivating others within Oracle’s large global organization and has been highly successful in achieving and exceeding goals through an engaging leadership style that breaks down barriers to success and influences the performance of direct and indirect teams. Diehl has a proven track record in globalizing strategic initiatives and successfully evolving the global support account management organization through industry and organizational change. She has successfully integrated more than 90 acquisitions over the last 14 years into global customer management including Sun, BEA, Siebel & PeopleSoft. She was a recipient of the 2013 YWCA TWIN award, member of Watermark, executive sponsor for Oracle Women’s Leadership (OWL) and the Professional Business Women of California (PBWC). Prior to her current role at Oracle, Diehl was a software specialist at Honeywell Inc. Diehl earned a B.S.C.S. @oracle
