Joanne Pasternack

JOANNE PASTERNACK is entering her eighth season as the director of 49ers Foundation and community relations for the San Francisco 49ers, overseeing all community relations functions, including facilitating community outreach, fundraising events and the donation of funds to non-profits that support the Foundation’s mission of keeping kids “Safe, on Track and in School.” In 2014, the foundation donated $4.6 million to Bay Area charities and has donated $30 million since its inception in 1991. The San Francisco 49ers were the 2013 winners of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Steve Patterson award for sports philanthropy. Prior to joining the 49ers, Pasternack was with the City of Mountain View and Special Olympics at their headquarters in Washington, D.C. Pasternack earned a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and a J.D. from Santa Clara University. @jpasternack
