Jenny Dearborn

JENNY DEARBORN is senior vice president and chief learning officer at SAP, accountable to drive measurable business impact by designing, aligning and ensuring execution of SAP’s overall learning activities for the company’s 75,500 employees globally. This is her fourth company in the chief learning officer role. Dearborn was recognized as one of the 50 Most Powerful Women in Technology by the National Diversity Council in 2014 and 2015. She also received the 2014 Silicon Valley Women of Influence award and the 2013 Silicon Valley Tribute to Women in Industry award. Dearborn is a thought leader in learning, human capital management and business culture. She is a regular contributor to Forbes, Huffington Post and Fast Company, and has also written for Tech Republic, USA Today and industry publications including CLO magazine, HR Executive and Talent Development magazine. She is the executive producer of the popular “Game Changers: Women in Business” series on the Voice of America Radio Network to explore news, trends and thought leadership on issues relating to advancing women in business. Her book, “Data Driven: How Performance Analytics Delivers Extraordinary Sales Results,” was in the top 5 business books for sales (out of 11,000) written in 2015. Dearborn earned an M.B.A. with a concentration in organizational development from San Jose State University, a Masters of Education and Teaching Credential in English from Stanford University, a B.A. in English from University of California at Berkeley and an A.A. in social sciences from American River College in Sacramento. @sap @dearbornjenny
