HEATHER HEALY leads the information experience organization and serves as the transformation lead for the engineering operations services and solutions (EOS2) organization at EMC. The information experience organization encompasses EMC’s technical and solutions content, information management, globalization and localization services. The team is also engaged in defining and delivering EMC’s next generation content and collaboration strategy to enable content creation through community, engaging subject matter experts in information development and delivery. Healy has held past positions of vice president of service technology, vice president and CIO for EMC’s global Centers of Excellence (COEs), chief operating officer for EMC’s CTO Organization and several roles in engineering, business development and product management. She is a board member on the Women in Technology International (WITI) advisory board. She speaks externally at many community forums with a focus on women in science and participates in the professional development of EMC employees globally. Healy is a past recipient of the Mass High Tech Women to Watch award in recognition of her technology and professional accomplishments, leadership and mentoring activities and her civic involvement. Healy earned a B.S. from University of Lowell and a master’s of software engineering from Brandeis University. @emccorp
